STUFF I LOVE: Old Chatham Farm Natural Goat Cheese

Man, do I LOVE yogurt. I am not here to argue the risks and downsides of dairy as to each is own, but I truly believe that the RIGHT dairy in right amounts is not only not bad for you, its good for you! Being from Eastern Europe, I discovered the joys of sheep’s milk long ago and I am glad to re-discover it as an adult in yogurt form. On it’s own, goat cheese is tasty, rich and tangy, but coupled with fruit like blueberry (or my absolute favorite which is maple, not pictured here) its divine!

Now, do watch your sugar intake here even though everything Old Chatham Sheepherding Company uses is natural. I figured if I will add taste to my food it might as well be natural tasty stuff, hence the love of maple! I have actually tried them all including the new strawberry rhubarb one and its all so so sooooo good. Its also a great way for people to get introduced to sheep’s milk if they are skeevy about it or think it tastes funny cause there is nothing odd here, just pure tasty yogurt goodness!

Check out more info on the yogurt and the farm it comes from here:

They are available at Agata & Valentina on UES and!
