My favorite one also happens to be the first one. I have a rule that I don’t like cooking anything that takes over 30 min, and of course, the less ingredients you use, the faster and the less calories (usually) so I cannot wait to try some of these!
My faves from the list were:
– Mustard-Baked Chicken with a Pretzel Crust
– Crisp Polenta with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
– Green Mango Salad
– Swordfish with Orzo, Pistachios and Olives though I might replace Swordfish with Tilapia or Salmon
